In my understanding of business, at the rate they are growing at, they obviously want to continue fuelling this growth. Sure, maintain the 9m (roughly) expenses for the quarter and growth plateaus but we reach break even and start bringing in profit. However, I don’t think that is what these guys are settling for. For a company in hyper growth stage, it would be a backward step to cap sales force, r &d, product and advertising funding. Personally, without sounding smug, I’ve enjoyed that the Australian market has viewed lvt as a ‘cash burner’. It’s meant the price has stayed steady long enough for me to take my position. In my opinion, management are making the right moves to grow this company to great heights for the future.
