Don't be so quick to judge MONT, there must be a reason why they want to continue with this, surely it isn't just more salary money that they are after, surely not?
Lets wait and see if they have something that makes sense that we take up our offer? before we start slinging mud again, if they have nothing then I will be the first to join you, but until then keep your powder dry for a while is the best advice I can offer.
