I found section 2 (funds' use) to be of extreme interest. We all know that CellLIVE sales is the only way to succeed. We also know that the new team did their strategic review and set the plan to do just that - deliver product to the market.
So, the major takeaway is CellLIVE's commercialisation, whereby a dedicated Product Manager will aim to close sales to existing customers of the first generation system.
I assume that everything is in place to start making those sales, which is why half of the funds raised will be dedicated to support day-to-day operations (rent, wages, admin etc.)
