Been trying to work out fair market cap/share price value depending on what gets achieved. I guess it will come down to not only revenue but also net profit.
If we assume now that costs are covered from a labour point then most of future revenue would be net profit (unless more costs added).
So anyone like to stab at share price with say $5m, $10m or $20m future revenues pa?
What times earnings would be a fair estimate? ie if $5m pa revenue thenthat equates to .8 of 1c or $0.008c per share (based on 300m shares).
Would 8 times be reasonable plus current share price? ie 6.4c plus say 7c current price therefore fair price of around 13.5c?
It is a bit like how long is a piece of string I guess with so many intangibles but trying to get a feel for the 'what if' scenarios.
any thoughts appreciated.
