The only real lesson to be learned here is that the spec end of town is where you will find all the "directors" who know the ASX and ASIC have all bark and no bite, they come in, pay themselves like they are running a company as big as Walmart and then milk it dry and move on, this doesn't happen in every company so people just gamble with the ones they hope aren't like that.
