He works elsewhere. presumably he receives rumeratjon from the shareholders of those companies for doing whatever he does there
His KPO remuneration is around double what some company secretaries of much larger (and more successful and profitable) listed companies earn
And keep in mind, Alwyn earns this for part time work. And the MC of KPO is only ~$4million
The last set of company announcements contained several formatting mistakes and reporting errors. In my opinion, he gets paid too much for his work
