to be honest it never happens that way in the real world. this way its a quick and cost effective way to raise the money without all the associated administraion costs.i know it seems unfair but thats the way it works, im sure the private entity that has got them will be escrowed for a period of time, for somebody to put in 2 million plus they must have liked the story and future growth.its very exciting times ahead for our company,lets hope the wells start gushing before the end of the year.
