I am not deeply familiar with the pros and cons of Teams vs Slack vs Discord . Slack was rumored to be talking about a sale to MSFT but MSFT decided to go with Teams. Slack has a large VC private valuation and is preparing to go public. The unified communication platform....one package that provides voice, message, chat, video meetings, file collaboration and archiving of all communication is the ultimate communication goal software goal of a number of very big, very well funded players. It is not a space that LVT is trying to play in and I think they are wise to stay clear. Sharepoint is not the same as a communication platform.

UCP is more of a risk to traditional business communication providers......Optimum Voice etc. Altice. Although the rumors of the death of the business telephone may be a little premature, there is a generation of younger employees coming to the employment market who have never seen or used a phone on a desk. I do believe UCP is going to be a fast growing business but I havent felt confident enough to pick a horse in that race..
