I had been contemplating the purchase for a while but saw a presentation on behalf of the ASX by Jremy Hook of TMS Capital where he nominated ENN as one of his 3 picks. One of the main reasons was that Bill Moss ex Macquarie was on the board and had his money in ENN, and as Hook said; if thats where Moss has his money, thats where I want mine. Another reason was an expansion of the funds management area. Probably overly boring and I too was wondering what the aim was in Having the Cootes furniture chain; land banking ?
Fairly good div yld, but thats about it at the moment. Slightly disappointing.....
