Its not a binary result.  If they miss target and only get to, say $17.6m profit (ie same as 2017/18), its still a positive result, just not the one that they targeted.  I think that the market has already factored into the SP that they might miss, but chances are they will still be paying a dividend at year end.

The key risk might not be around their operational capability or capacity to deliver, but whether they can satisfy PWC that fair value through P&L is the appropriate accounting treatment for their major asset.
