Collection services revenue more than accounting for the lower PDL revenue... EPS growing into Q2 and into FY18 - dividend will be maintained or increased for the FY (6.1% on todays price)... There is nothing unexpected, everyone was informed about PDL revenue decreasing... I think this is a great set of results.
New contracts with Cashies, Transurban and Ebay, PDL market pricing easing! Could have a double positive just aorund the corner FY17/18/19 with significant increases to PDL and collections services revenue.
All my opinion, but happy with the report, strong buy at todays price IMO. Although quietly hoping this gets traded down further
