From what I understand the only requirements is to announce Director changes and CEO changes, the rest of the exec is not a requirement.

What I am unsure about is all the change and what is the underlying reason, even at the Board level.

The second half will require the achievement of some big number above those achieved in the first half. What is the confidence that they will achieve these? I am yet to look at the historical first to second half growth changes and whether it lines up the 2H17 guidance.
