Agreed , reasonable business model , but operationally a failure , I walked into their store and ask for a replacement filter for the vac I bought from them 6 months before told I had to make a deposit and they would call me when it came in , no call back , go in get filter , tell them please keep in stock filters , go back 6 months later for another filter and told we have to order it in .
I ask why ? I told you please keep it in stock as I need them regularly , reply was we do not keep filters as would be too much inventory to stock , I said thank goodness my Kia car dealer does not have that policy
Anyway vac died , I bought a new one at Farmers -who carry spares !
