It’s an interesting one......having reflected on it, i am of the view that if they are not working on something “secret” then it’s a worry. I just think something is going on and that would preclude purchasing by management but they would structure some new performance shares.
Time will tell I suppose, but if they are not in a lockout period then they should be buying if they consider it to be a good buy.
