    You guys talk like -18c is cold,

    In Oz sure, in northern Ontario a clear sunny day at -18 is beautiful working weather, It doesn't get nasty until you get to -35c and below

    I'm from Canada and have worked all over the world +50 to -55.

    If it needs doing the weather very rarely stops it, you just dress differently

    Looking for some updates as to what's happening and when its going to happen
