    I did post months back about the availability of men and resources.  It seems to me that with all the activity going on in the area, the available local resources must be stretched pretty thin.

    But as for why? We've been speculating here for a couple of years . Maybe that's why they call it a speculative stock. If management communicated reasons for delay we would know and not have to speculate lol.
