re: Ann: $155M Equity Contribution by Leighto... My understanding is they bought 155 Million shares at $1.00 per share. Hardly bailing. They hold about 16% of issued shares so will no doubt get a seat on the board.
I am very surprised that none of the more expert traders/investors have commented on this issue.
