Welcome to MOD. This is pretty much how it went from 60c down to 22c. Value by as hard a fact as you can get is 38cents now as that is what a company is prepared to pay for MOD, but even then we lack investors getting on board on market even below 30 cents.
I suppose most of the market follows hype, or has money tied up in othee investments that are down, but in my opinion MOD is a pretty safe bet, much safer than a lot of spec/explorers and still plenty of upside. But remains largely ignored, even at prices which continue to suggest great value...

I’d probably just remind all the offer wasn’t 38c per se. It was 1 SFR share for every 17 MOD in an all script deal - which was equivalent to 38cps at the time. With SFR up to $7.13 today that’s 42cps... obviously SFR made that offer prior to issue of a further 55m shares.
