Is there a BFS? (let alone a DFS - no, they're not the same).
Is there sensitive info available that has not been made public / retail holders?
Pete mate! can't even offload shares at 1.6 cps currently to friendly parties. And, it would appear that some who said they would front up (see recent placement announcement) - haven't as no 3b announced yet for 40,000,000-odd shares still to be issued presumably because they have not been paid for. Why, sp quickly fell below issue price and no flicking off to retail sector for a quick profit.
No confidence until some firm and positive announcements. Must be some big holders well in the red now.
