And then there is bleeding obvious with a touch of hyperbole (I assume "if it ever starts up" was simply grandstanding for attention)

"appears to be in a strong bearish trend"  really... did you do a technical trading course to learn that?

"Both the 200-day moving average and MACD histogram are falling" really...impossible not be falling when the share price has been falling for 12 months? Simple math, I assumed they taught you that in technicals 101 also.

Nothing subtle about it, an ugly downtrend. Reasons are many and have been discussed. The question to ask: is this downtrend because of a fatal flaw in the business model, fair increased risk discount, or is it mostly the momentum of a downtrend that creates it's own self-fulfilling falling share price until it becomes exhausted?

If holders are not prepared to stomach further downside in the next year they should have exited long ago. Still can as the downtrend is not yet confirmed over with new higher highs (close of 26c might confirm a possible double bottom assuming 22c holds), short term traders place your bets.

Longer term fundamentals rule over technicals. I am buying fundamental longer term value despite short term price risks. Everyone who buys is pretty much buying log term value against short term price risk or they wouldn't be buying into this down trend would they now?

Know your time frame and risk profile, access upside vs downside value and invest or trade accordingly.
