    re: Ann: $12.5m Raising to Further Developmen... The problem with horizontals are that they cost a lot more. Of a company this size the big problem you have with doing only horizontals is that if you come up with dusters (ones that hit no oil/gas) then your losses are larger. the verticals are safer and Cheaper... its a more stable long term game plan.
