Price action at the moment is a bit disheartening but I decided to take some more on at 35 cents.
Having a look at some of the gold indices and there has been some major outflows in the last 2 weeks. GDX and GDXJ ETFs have collectively seen outflows of more than US$700M. While these do not hold WAF there is another lesser known Gold Stock Mutual Fund operated by Van Eck, the INIVX.
INIVX holds approx. US$3M of WAF so about 12M shares. If there are similar outflows taking place in the INIVX it could explain the persistent selling of a few hundred thousand shares per day.
