The loss of capacity from the Muja power station has left a large hole in the WA grid.  The government appears to want to replace that lack of capacity through distributed generation.

Projects already built (and those in planning) seem to be spread around the grid to plug the gaps.

I would think having Tristy Fairfield on the team would be guiding CCE as to where to put their arrays.

Having Lendlease as a joint partner ensures that the resources required for multiple projects will not be an issue, likewise for raising capital.
