Last quarterly showed $4M in the bank with expected expenditure this quarter of $1.4M which leaves $2.6M.
The raising probably went to friends of the family as if they were this close to announcing that the chip was up to spec a cap raising at a higher price would have been more sensible. No investor would have touched this if they were having problems which would have had to be disclosed.
A screaming buy.
