On page two of this mornings Appendix 3b, paragraph 6 we have...

On page two of this mornings Appendix 3b, paragraph 6 we have for "Purpose of issue":

"The funds raised will be utilised for the

 transition to production of the digital

 speaker.  Any funds raised in excess will be

 utilised by the Company as general working

 capital."

In yesterdays annourncement titled $10m Placement, the  the words "ramp up of production" were used to discribe the reason for the capital raising.

Unless I'm delusional or day dreaming, I think this clearly indicates that developement of the Digital Speaker is nearing completion.
