I will let you decide if management history is of concern. Perhaps Smart Investor section of Fin Review today had a very insightful write up on spec investing. Lots of red flags to be aware of. I know it is a trade and just like a lot of fallen angels, when you buy you want to expect there will be a bigger mug than yourself. In a falling stock with issue of cash holdings then I wonder who the real mugs are?
