You are absolutely correct in saying that ,It's just that normaly the SP gravitates towards whatever the CR or ER is done at and I am punting that the price will be at a discount to WAP or lower.... I may get it wrong and it might not be at a discount....However I still would regard this stock as a BUY even if I had to pay a higher price to get in on the proviso that progress towards production was proceeding smoothly..ie no cost blowouts or major technical glithes.
