And much more significant (in my mind) are the latest comments about retailers by Chris Richardson - though I never want to give too much weight to economic forecasts. But just quietly, I give those that pretend to know where share prices are headed, with confidence, whether Felix the Cat or anyone else, far far less weight.

I'm not pretending I know where retail is headed, and I accept that there is much to be cautious about. The point is, there are a number of possible outcomes. There are those that know the future with confidence (who might as well just be coin flippers) - and there are those that know they don't know.
