Before the old boy croaked no-one could "borrow" his holding, now IMO they can.
My opinion only but the way I see it it's the only way to short so much of the register in this stock, with Gerry's holding plus the late Ian's holdings there was never enough available to short this hard.
This is conjecture and not particularly relevant as I'm more interested in the companies results come reporting time
