I did own HVN a while back in the $2 ish sold out in 2015 after using Appliance Online and dont see a future for HVN, their only good asset is properties portfolio I don't see they have a future in the retail business
Most of their franchisee stores are rude, and don't treat the customer well and I have never bought anything from them for a long long time now due to that fact.
Amazon, Costco and Online if I need to get stuff even if HVN is $50 cheaper I don't get them from that how much I dislike them.
