I bought all my white goods from online appliances for the last 3 years, bought fridges, freezer, dishwashers, sound systems, in the process of getting split system aircon
I don't think I buy anything from physical store again, family member also catch on and they starting using OA only, it just hassle-free delivery installed and take away old stuff
awesome free delivery and customer service and they take away my old stuff
if I have issues with delivery they instant offer me a discount
