I cant remember who said it in this forum however, im bullish HVN and will continue to be that way until sentiment around Aus housing changes.
Quite simply, until Amazon work out how to deliver from their Dandenong centre to you front door, a fridge, a oven or a couch regardless if you're in Perth or Townsville, HVN are not completely immune yet relatively safe.
Besides you cant get these items via drone. The smaller items you can get via drone or other collection means, ie cameras and home security systems are the type of thing you wouldnt trust to unconventional purchasing and delivery techniques.
However if your mainstay is DVD, phone chargers and other assorted electronics (JBH) I would be infinitely more concerned.
What does surprise me is that someone like HVN hasnt teamed up with an Australia wide logistics company. Or have they and Ive missed it?
Could that be the way to disrupt the Amazon style business model?
