Very good explanation. In reality HVN could always discount 5 items and advertise them for sale at cost price. But you must come into the store to get it. Bingo they also bought a toaster, etc etc etc.
They go in looking for a fridge and also buy a recliner lounge.
People that want something for 3.45c delivered will buy online. From ebay mostly.
Anyone wanting Home furnishings will look at HVN in store.
