All this means is CTP are working on getting a lead upgraded to prospect status in EP97 so it is ready for the 4th well.
Rawson making them work for their interest in EP97 by subdividing each block. Smart move by them.
Something in Simpson and Pellinor has obviously got CTPs attention.
