This might actually be ready to be back on the right path and start to deliver profits for next year.

Think you’re spot on @pikel1980 - two bolder points are the head-turners for me. Such poor governance structure to do a JV investment with BS and invite him onto the TCN Board...cresting a conflict of interest for no good reason!
