agree. it's the element of surprise that is disappointing between this update and the last (April). surprises should only be on the upside whereas downwards has to be dealt with earlier and up-front. let's hope that last FY was the reset button being pressed and better times are ahead. putting regional focus to sales looks promising as its provides a diversification approach as well as allowing for specific regions to push sales. all IMO.
