Ok, can some one check these numbers?

620 m shares and options
15:1 consolidation
41m itt shares

Add 1-page post consolidation
50 m
15 m milestones

Add 17.5 m shares min from 20 cent raising

Total shares post consolidation 123 m

Assume 20 cent raise - company valued at $24.6 m


Does this seem right and if so does this seem a bit much for a company with one software based product? I am interested in it, not trying to bring it down but just thinking about the finances. Happy to discuss....
