The market might pay more attention if the announcements shed some light on what, in $ terms, these new global clients mean to ITT.
Details like client planned recruitment expenditure / contract revenue forecast, recruitment head count plan, length of contract etc etc...I mean the release reads like a press release for OSV not ITT.
I think the ITT story is amazing but I dont think the market can make a judgement on what 1-Page is capable of without some numbers.
