Interesting times.
Not sure what to make of this. After not looking at this co for a long time and putting my holding in the back drawer, I revisited my research and bought a few more yesterday.
Its always a concern when a ceo resigns, but it could also spell a new start.
Lets hope there is not another profit downgrade.
Anyone have an idea of what ERST could sell for? Im thinking a price that is at or above the current market cap should not be out of the question. ERST made $1.22M profit before tax in 16 and $1.061M in 15). It has been servicing BP for 15+ years (if I remember correctly).
And if the company has been cash flow neutral for the year then they should be sitting on $3.8M like it was 30/6/16 (+ with receivables over $1M more than payables).
Urgent this year was awarded a multi year contract with a South African petroleum retailing brand. (BP?). Their EMaintenance+ software has also recently been commissioned to run Orchard aged care's 50+ facilities in the UK.
As per twitter Statseeker has done work for Monash university and California state university this year (unless these are updates from jobs done in the past).
17 annual report will be interesting.
