No real reason for the share price to move, given we knew how much we were going to receive months ago and it's not a fundamental, it's essentially a tax offset.
This is just alerting us the payment from the ATO has come through.
Certainly helps being able to recoup some of our expenditure given we are cash flow negative and capital raises are dilutive.
and important to remember that a bigger refund doesn't necessarily mean better - it just means your spending more overall, or same spend and legally identifying the spend as a higher % of R&D spend - i.e. spend that is innovative and will lead to knew knowledge, spend where you have a hypothesis on what you are trying to achieve but don't know the outcome and test and trial and error etc etc
and yes, this would have been factored into calculations when doing the previous CR, and deciding how much to raise.
