Options expire the end of Feb, so they won't want to push it to early in case it spikes and falls back before investors feel compelled to exercise the options.
I have no doubt they want the $$$ into the company coffers otherwise what was the point of issuing short term options?
Only being able to price the last fund raising at 0.8 cents when the share price was 1.7 cents was laughable.
If they can't show an increase in value from 0.8 cents by April, then who's going to put there hand in there pocket to stump up for the next round of funding?
People are not going to throw good money after bad.
I had a big argument with the company at the last fund raising, as it cost me thousands at the time, as to why they were not promoting themselves to UK & USA investors, since those were two of there key product markets.
Certainly doesn't look like they've tried to get investors from there onboard, otherwise the shareprice wouldn't be at this level.
Clearly the board are beginning to look "not fit for purpose" they've got 5 weeks to prove otherwise.
Starting with the sales for the December quarter etc.
I took a risk & bought quite a lot more recently, lets see if I was right or foolish to do so.
