Bilbo they have a reputable mining engineer on the Board who should be able to give sound advice, but is probably not in a position to do day to day "stuff".
As for the two Geos on the Board, one does a lot of talking and promising, plus flying all over and the other is a mystery.
So they really do need hands on people to do "stuff". Is that likely to happen? In my opinion it's not so we're left with paying high priced consultants if we want to manage our own destiny.
Given the information flow this year its likely that we won't know anything until the Quarterly.
As usual just an opinion and I'm sure others will have a different (perhaps even harsher) view.
