All resolutions will be passed as those with the interest hold the voting power.

Performance shares, con note gouging etc etc will all be passed.

The key word being performance, and I am yet to see any in over 4 years.

I also believe in the project. I have no faith in the management and the advisors happily sitting in the background.

Rights issues, con note renegotiations... all these seem to happen at interesting timings for the benefit of a handful.
