RSG announced their substantial holding of 12,090,753 (or 5.01%) on the 28/3/2017.
The current presentation indicates that RSG have a substantial holding of 5.61%, it would mean RSG currently hold 15,626,178 shares... RSG has not announced their increased holdings at this point in time. I expect retail buyers to come in thick as fast, when the announcement is made.
