I agree. Plus the shares are in escrow for 12 months. One of life's little mysteries - who in their right mind would put in $200k by way of shares @ 1c. Maybe thats the answer though ("right mind").
On the other hand maybe, just maybe, something is afoot and shareholders won't lose everything (which looks v likely to me). I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
