Personally I think they are 100% correct about CSG .... the whole thing is a travesty. It is a pity that UCG is being 'tarred with the same brush'.
The way I see it is they make it much harder for UCG, but, so long as CNX can meet the regulatory requirements the law will be on CNX's side.
In the much longer run, if the protests against CSG succeed it creates a market for UCG, imo.
