The fact that he sold down to an institutional investor actually is a very positive thing. So it is a great buying opportunity. For everyone's benefit, the announcement was as follows:
ASX Announcement | 17 October 2017 Crowd Mobile Limited (ASX:CM8) Tuesday, 17 October 2017 - Crowd Mobile Limited (Crowd Mobile or the Company) has been advised that companies that are associates of Director and CEO Domenic Carosa, being Dominet Digital Investments Pty Ltd and Dominet Digital Corporation Pty Ltd (Dominet), have sold 5,555,557 Crowd Mobile shares at a price of $0.18 per share via a block trade to a number of institutional investors.
Mr Carosa and Dominet remain Crowd Mobile’s major shareholder with an aggregate holding of 9.57% following the sale and the sale represents less than 20% of their total shareholding. The transaction was completed by Mr Carosa to help extinguish a personal liability.
An Appendix 3Y for Mr Carosa is attached. The sale of shares to new investors provides an opportunity for the Company to enhance its current trading liquidity and improve the diversity of its register. The Company looks forward to welcoming new members to its shareholder register.
