Dom had a significant amount of performance shares etc. and he stated that he had a personal liability he needed to settle, read between the lines, it was most likely a capital gains tax bill. He cannot state there is a personal liability unless there truly is one.
I agree the company should have given more of an update and the timing wasn't great but this sell off is way over done.
We should see a net zero debt announcement soon (although admittedly paying the actual debt down may take longer, depending upon the T&C's around early repayment, which from memory were quite restrictive).
Also lots of great initiatives coming on line, continued roll off of amortization charges, reduction in interest costs, even with flat revenue we should see bottom line growing quite healthily.
IMHO the downside risk here is quite limited.
