Von Rico is right in the call for a company business update.
The SP has fallen by one third in the past month, which would normally indicate something is seriously awry.
I agree that Mr Carosa has every right to sell some of his stake at a time of his choosing and consistent with rules governing insider trading.
But there’s no question this has contributed to the negative sentiment around CM8 and the tumble in the SP, which comes immediately after everything appeared to be going hunky dory.
Perhaps the company would like to address the slump in the SP and ease investor concerns.
Perhaps the decision to shift to half yearly from quarterly reporting came at just the wrong time.
I reiterate: a slump in the SP of a company by one third in a month normally indicates something isn’t right.
