I am damn annoyed with whats happened here. Domenec Caruso selling down without a clarifying explanation of why- particularly when he has been so actively promoting the company is galling. He has single handedly destroyed the share price, with not one bit of thought about his shareholders. What he should have done is released an accompany announcement saying he was selling shares to pay tax, or some other reason if this isn't what it was- but remains highly confident in the business' prospects. He's an outright amateur.

Its the last time I invest in a $40 million market cap stock. Lesson learned!
